Dayton, Vice President from 1857 to 1861.” Behind the wreaths are: Lady Liberty with staff, four U.S. flags, and an eagle clutching arrows. There is a scene of a man plowing a field at the bottom. Text at the bottom says “Grand National Republican Banner / Free Labor, Free Speech, Free Territory.”
