On April 29, 1975, the fall of Saigon ended the Vietnam War. This log describes phone calls made by the White House staff to Senators informing them that the American Embassy in Saigon was being evacuated.
It's an attachment to an April 29, 1975 memorandum for Max L. Friedersdorf from William Kendall regarding the notification of Senate Leadership of the evacuation.
