of the Pennsylvania District __ Greeting __
We command you that you take William
Duane
late of your district Yeoman if they may be found therein and them safely
keep so that you may have their _ bodies before the Judges of the Circuit
Court of the United States in and for the Pennsylvania District of the Middle
Circuit as the same court now sitting in the city of Philadelphia then and
there to answer to the United States of and concerning an indictment for
printing and publishing Letters of a foreign Minister
and have then there this Writ _
Esquire Chief Justice of the supreme Court of the United States at
Philadelphia this fourteenth day of April __ A.D. 1800 and in the twenty
fourth year of the independence of the said United States __
