The telegram is entitled "Organization of Work on ENORMOUS and Photography of Material: ARNO, PERS, OSA, KALIBR, LIBERAL, 'MLAD,' Kh'Yus, SVET, KALISTRAT, METR (1944)." "Enormous" was the Soviet code name for the Manhattan Project and the U.S. development of the Atomic Bomb.

This is a message from a Soviet agent about the espionage conducted by Julius Rosenberg and Harry Gold. This document was declassified in 1995 and not used in the prosecution of the Rosenbergs.
