The original caption for this photograph reads: "Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt visiting Negro C.B. Camp at Trinidad, B.W.I. Leaving the outdoor theater after delivering the President's message."
Using the term "negro" to refer to Black people was commonly accepted in the era of this photograph, but is outdated and inappropriate today.
