Fraktur of the Family of Abijah Stow

This illustrated family register (Fraktur) was filed with Fife Maj. Abijah Stow's pension application. He enlisted as a musician in Col. Moses Hazen's regiment in Albany in 1777 and served over five years at places like Brandywine, Germantown, Germantown, and Yorktown. In 1818 he was awarded a pension of $8 a month. He died in 1826. His wife Lucinda began receiving a widow's pension in 1838.
