This illustrated family record (Fraktur) was submitted as proof of the relationship between Revolutionary War soldier Frederick Sprague and his wife. The names and birthdates of Sprague, his wife Rebecca, and their 13 children appear on this document. Sprague served in the army for ten months in 1779 and four in 1781. Sprague and his wife were awarded pensions based on his service.
