In this telegram to Anthony Caminetti, Clementine R. Harpshorne speaks against the "defaulcation" of Emmeline Pankhurst. Harpshorne believed that Pankhurst should be treated fairly due to her strength and leadership, whether or not Americans agree with her beliefs.
