From 1918 to 1933, concerned citizens and interest groups wrote to the government to offer suggestions and to express their views on prohibition and its enforcement. O. A. Calandria sent this letter to U.S. Assistant Attorney General Mabel Willebrant identifying two businesses in New Jersey.
