Mr. J. S. Huges
Commissioner of Immigration
Gloucester City, N.J.
My dear Mr. Hughes:-
Last fall I wrote to you concerning a Chinese family, 405 W. Queen Lane, Germantown. The letter which you sent us in reply, has been lost. It is now necessary for us to forward an exact copy of it. Will you kindly let me have a duplicate of the letter? I ‘phoned in on January 27 asking for this, but have had no reply.
Very truly yours,
