Description

This certificate from the Imperial Government of China certified that Mah Chung was permitted to return to and remain within the United States under Section 6 of the Chinese Exclusion Act.

This document was digitized by teachers in our Primarily Teaching 2015 Summer Workshop in Washington, D.C.
