Prior to the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, Chinese Communist Party Chairman Mao Tse–tung gave this speech over radio broadcast to the nations of Asia and Europe. The statement was communicated via broadcast and newsprint to nearly all the key battleground regions of the Cold War–Central Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
