This memo details separate and conflicting sets of issues in regard to the American Indian Movement (AIM) and Ogala Sioux Civil Rights Organization (OSCRO) occupation of Wounded Knee, South Dakota. It lists AIM-OSCRO issues, Tribal Council issues, and Nixon Administration issues.
