The printed words of Thomas Cooper, editor of the "Sunbury and Northumberland Gazette," used as evidence against him in his trial for sedition. Within this document he dared to criticizes the then President of the United States, John Adams. The text also contains mention of Thomas Cooper's contacts with Joseph Priestley.
