This pamphlet, printed by the 62nd Congress, contains President Lincoln's first and second inaugural addresses, his 1861 State of the Union Address, the Emancipation Proclamation, and the Gettysburg Address. Lincoln's first inaugural address starts on page two, his July 5, 1861 State of the Union address on page 11, the Emancipation Proclamation on page 25, the Gettysburg Address on page 28, and his second inaugural address on page 30. Though the pamphlet was printed in 1912, the text comes from President Lincoln's speeches in 1861, 1863, and 1865.
