This petition, signed by 34 citizens of South Dakota, protests the possibility that President Herbert Hoover would release Al Capone from prison (Capone had reportedly offered to help search for Charles Lindbergh Jr., the kidnapped son of Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh).
