This report was submitted jointly from the Congress of Industrial Organizations (CIO) and the Arizona State Federation of Labor (AFL) to President Truman's Commission on Migrant Labor. This statement declares the CIO and the AFL's opposition to free access of Mexican migratory laborers into the United States to contribute in the agricultural industry.
