The Suffragists of the Third Suffolk Representative District sent these resolutions to Senator Henry Cabot Lodge. They urge the Senate to immediately pass the Federal Suffrage Amendment (the 19th Amendment), and call American democracy a lie because it "denies one-half the people a voice in their own government."
