This is a clip from a 10-minute film showing preparations for the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg. The longer film includes atrocity footage as evidence of Nazi crimes against humanity, and makes the case for seeking justice instead of revenge.
One scene shows Soviet minister of foreign affairs Vyacheslav Molotov and U.K. foreign minister Anthony Eden signing the Moscow Declaration. At the 1943 Moscow Conference, the Allied Powers – the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union – agreed to international cooperation and support in prosecuting and punishing the major war criminals of the European Axis.
