Margaret Baker, chairman of the Seventh Congressional District Woman's National Party, sent this letter to Senator Frank B. Willis. Included are resolutions passed in Springfield, Ohio, by presidents of the Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Optimists, Business and Professional Women's, and Woman's Federated Clubs; and by the Civil Rights Protective League. The resolutions urge Congress to pass the Equal Rights Amendment.
