This letter asked President William Howard Taft to restrict immigration laws so that "undesirable foreign labor" would be kept out of the United States. It is part of a file of anti-immigration material from 1911–1921. This document was digitized by teachers in our Primarily Teaching 2014 Summer Workshop in Washington, DC.
