This film is from a collection of several Public Service Announcements (PSAs) from the U.S. Forest Service.
In the PSA "Wristwatch" there is a close-up on a Smokey Bear wristwatch with Smokey Bear painted on the face. The second hand begins at 10 and ends at 12. A narrator states, "By the time the second hand reaches 12, forest fires will have burned down another 100 trees unless you help."
