This letter was sent to each of the Representatives of European Countries in Washington from Secretary of State W. J. Bryan. In this document, Secretary of State Bryan stated a need for strict observation of immigration laws and stressed that foreign nations in the capital need to help carry out and follow all immigration laws of the United States. It comes from a file about European war, German refugees, deportation of Italians, and alien deportations from 1914–1915.
