Original caption states: "Traffic Analysis: Cairo-Teheran Conference traffic flows are being analyzed for disclosure of military information and for methods of concealing similar disclosures in the future. On the wall at the left a sample message heading shows components used in analysis. To the right a graph pictures Army Air Force Communications Service traffic in the China-Burma-India Theater for October and November 1944 and discloses B-29 raids from forward bases."
